Dr Theocharis Tsoutsos: Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Engineering (Technical University of Crete). More than 15 years professional experience in the field of Renewable Energy Sources and Energy Saving (Greek Centre of Renewable Energy Sources, CRES). Chemical Engineer (National Technical University of Athens, 1984) and Economist (Kapodistrian and National University of Athens), Ph.D (NTUA, 1990). Module leader for the Ecological Economics module at TEI of Piraeus.
